The theme of the collaboration is to celebrate the “Art of the Kit”, and as such, art/visual artists are woven into the creative to support each of these drops.

For the New Balance 997 and 1978 “First of All”, New Balance and Stance team up to product storytell the first collection, representing NB’s hometown of Boston, MA, and Stance’s hometown of San Clemente, CA, with the help of Matthew Zaremba and Mark Oblow.

Stance Punk and Poet Mark Oblow aptly represents the laid-back, coastal lifestyle lived by San Clemente locals, while Matthew Zaremba portrays Boston’s rich national history and bright future.

This New Balance x Stance collaboration is set to drop globally on June 10th at Stance and select New Balance accounts.
