You thought the folks over at Concepts were slowing down, right? Well apparently not, as they’re right back at it again with another 998. Hot on the heels of their “City Rivalry” Pack, which sees a further release this weekend, Concepts will start dropping this 998 “Boston Marathon” online from next week.

The Concepts x New Balance 998 “Boston Marathon” is in celebration of this year’s Boston Marathon, and comes in the very patriotic colours of red, white, and blue, with some added black thrown in there just in case you thought it was starting to look a bit like the American flag.

The upper of the 998 also features croc-embossed reflective panels at the toe and heel, which we have seen before on some Concepts NB (no points awarded if you can name which one), and the shoe is finished off with “Boston 2016” embroidered text on the heel.
