If you’ve been following New Balance’s social feeds over the last few weeks, you’d probably have seen a brand new silhouette on there – and this silhouette is set to drop on July 1st.

Welcome to the New Balance 009!

We’ll take you through what we know so far about the New Balance 009, and hopefully we’ll have a pair in hand soon for a full review.

Looking to heritage silhouettes like the 998 and the 999 for inspiration, the New Balance 009 has a lifestyle upper with neoprene foam collar and speckled suede, and is all sat atop a technical sole unit, which features a dual density midsole and has a gum outsole.

The New Balance 009 will release on July 1, with the trio of colourways in this post with a retail price of $110 each, and New Balance are currently on a world tour in celebration of the launch of this silhouette, so keep it locked to their social channels for some great content.
