We throw the term ‘heavyweights’ around quite a bit, but when it comes to WHIZ LIMITED and mita sneakers, then these guys really are heavyweights,  and certainly are no strangers to collaborating with New Balance.

For their recent collaboration, they have worked on the New Balance MRL996 which features a REVlite midsole, which provides extra cushioning and reducing the overall weight of the shoe. The shoe sports a deep red suede toe wrap, with premium brown leather throughout, combined with creamy accents on the lining, tongue, heel counter and branding underlay.

WHIZ LIMITED make sure they leave their mark in the form of a trio of stars which decorate the lateral side of the suede toe wrap. Of course, no shoe is complete without some reflective detailing, which we find on the ‘N’.

The three-way collaboration is set to drop December 23 at both mita and WHIZ’s LUMP TOKYO for ¥17,800 JPY (approximately $146 USD), and worldwide in the following weeks.
