A couple of days ago we took a look at the Made in USA New Balance 997CSIY from the “Ski” Collection, and more specifically, the “Connoisseur” tier of said collection.

However, we said we were going to bring you more from the collection, and we are going to do just that, so next up is the Made in USA New Balance 998DSNG. Unlike the afore mentioned 997, the 998DSNG is from the “Distinct” tier of this collection, which means that it is basically even more ‘premium’ than the “Connoisseur” tier, but really, anything Made in USA is pretty banging regardless!

This New Balance 998DSNG features a premium blue suede upper, with a leather saddle, textile underlays, and horween leather hits on the “N” and heel tab, with it all being sat on that traditional Abzorb sole unit.

There is also a pretty nice mixed colour woven lace which compliments the colourway perfectly, a nice change from the standard lace sets.

If you’re going to buy any pair of 998’s this year, then buy these, because they are pretty damn good!
