Now then, we’re always one for straying away from the norm when it comes to New Balance, and we love checking out what they’re getting up to outside of your standard lifestyle sneakers that we are so used to.

Well, timing it perfectly for the winter season, New Balance just dropped the Niobium!

Crazy name, right? I’m not even sure I’m pronouncing it correctly, but the New Balance Niobium is a modern mid-top sneaker that will apparently elevate your casual style, and we can’t see any reason to disagree with that.

The shoe features a make-up of uede and neoprene materials, which are paired with water-resistant GORE-TEX lining for all-day comfort, as well as a side zip making those often hard to get on and off boots, really easy.
