As you know from a lot of our previous posts on NB Gallery, we have spent a lot of time looking at the Re-Engineered product of the last year, and we’ve been super impressed with all the pairs that we’ve managed to get a hold of and have been wearing.
One of our favourites has been the Re-Engineered versions of the New Balance 1500, and for S/S ’16, New Balance have dropped three excellent tonal suede colourways in burgundy, navy, and grey, the three staple colourways of NB!
All three pairs feature a mostly premium suede upper, with a one piece perforated suede toe box, and a leather collar and tongue. Additional details come in the form of reflective piping around the collar, traditional small embroidered N, and finished off with a clean white REVlite midsole which increases comfort while reducing the overall weight.
Our favourite pair from the three is the New Balance MD1500DP which comes in a lovely burgundy colourway.
If, like us, you’re a fan of the New Balance MD1500DP, then you can grab it via HANON here.
Keeping things subtle and in true New Balance tonal fashion, the navy colourway – MD1500DM – is pretty clean too.
The navy New Balance MD1500DM looks exceptionally sharp on-foot and is also available to buy via HANON here.
Last but not least, and completing the trio, the New Balance MD1500DT comes in a grey tonal colourway, a pair that wil; definitely be on our feet when summer comes around!
If this clean grey colourway of the Re-Engineered New Balance 1500 takes your fancy, then head to HANON and pick them up here.
