Not so long ago, New Balance launched their first Berlin Flagship Store and you can check it out here via Highsnobiety, and during fashion week in Berlin, to commemorate the opening of the store, New Balance created a limited edition Made in USA 998.

It’s pretty obvious, but just in case you didn’t figure it out, this super limited special release is inspired by the German flag, and comes in a black, red, and golden yellow colourway, and is dressed in premium suede and mesh. The shoe also draws inspiration from the city of Berlin, and features the Bear from Berlin’s coat of arms on the heel.

Apparently only 26 pairs exist of the shoe, so congrats if you were one of the lucky people to grab a pair!
